Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of Ilahi Tours and Travels (ILAHI TOURS AND TRAVELS FZE), a company registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of travel and visa services from us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.
  • These terms apply to all users, visitors, and customers of Ilahi Tours and Travels.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Our Services

  • Ilahi Tours and Travels provides the following services:
  • Holiday Packages: All-inclusive and customised travel packages covering flights, hotels, tours, and transfers.
  • Visa Assistance: Document preparation, application submission, and guidance for tourist, business, and other visa categories.
  • Hotel Bookings: Accommodation reservations in destinations worldwide.
  • Umrah Packages: Comprehensive Umrah travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and ground services.
  • Group Tours: Organised group travel to various destinations.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Ilahi Tours and Travels.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a written confirmation.
  • Prices quoted are valid at the time of enquiry and may change prior to confirmation due to airline fare changes, hotel rate changes, or currency fluctuations.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all traveller details (names, passport numbers, dates of birth) provided are accurate. We are not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount varies by package and will be specified at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is required no later than 30 days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods as indicated on our website.
  • All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ilahitours.ae. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
  • Cancellation charges apply as follows:
  • More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit only.
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total booking cost.
  • Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total booking cost.
  • Certain airline tickets, visa fees, and hotel reservations may be non-refundable regardless of the above policy.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14–21 business days.

6. Amendments & Changes

  • Requests to amend a confirmed booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
  • Amendment fees may apply depending on the nature of the change and the policies of airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
  • Ilahi Tours and Travels reserves the right to amend itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, or supplier changes.

7. Visa Services

  • Ilahi Tours and Travels provides visa assistance services. However, the decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the respective embassy or immigration authority.
  • We do not guarantee visa approval. Visa fees are non-refundable in the event of refusal.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all documents submitted are genuine, accurate, and complete. We are not liable for any consequences arising from fraudulent or incorrect documentation.
  • Processing times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities.

8. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal liability.
  • Ilahi Tours and Travels is not responsible for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

9. Liability & Limitations

  • Ilahi Tours and Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for their acts, omissions, or failures.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government actions.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

10. Passports & Travel Documents

  • It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended travel dates.
  • You are responsible for obtaining all required visas, permits, and vaccinations for your destination.
  • Ilahi Tours and Travels is not liable for any losses arising from failure to hold valid travel documents.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
